Replacement Policy

Faulty or Damaged Product Received by Customer:-

We will replace your products on free of cost basis if the product is faulty or has some defect or there is any damage in transit. In such situations you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product to inform us of any such related issues. You can contact us by clicking on this link to inform us the same. You are requested to repack the products and equipment with all its accessories in its original packaging or good similar packaging if the package has been damaged in transit. We will bear the transportation cost for the replacement.

Wrong Sizing or Mistake While Purchasing Product:-

Under special cases we can also help you replace the product if you have purchased a wrong size of the product or the flow rate of the product is falling short for your compressed air application. In such situations you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product to inform us of any such related issues. In this situation the transportation charges of to & fro of the products and the difference in the price of the products will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy
